An Art Deco Ballroom on Bloomsbury Square
A 1920s ballroom within Victoria House, the Grade II listed former head office of Liverpool Victoria.
The Bloomsbury Ballroom sits within Victoria House, a Grade II listed building on Bloomsbury Square built in 1926–32 to designs by Charles William Long. It was the head office of the Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society, and its original Art Deco ballroom was restored as an events space in the early 2000s. Holborn station is a short walk away.
The main Ballroom hosts receptions, gala dinners, awards nights and fashion shows, with original 1920s Art Deco detail throughout. The Rose Bar, with its own street-level entrance and bar, suits smaller receptions and parties. Our chefs and service team plan menus from canapés to seated dinners, sized to the room and the guest list.
