How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months ahead to secure your date and allow ample time for planning.
Can I hire you just for catering or just for planning?
We offer our planning services when booked to supply catering for your special day. Our event planning service is not available independently.
Do you offer bespoke wedding menus?
Every wedding menu is tailored to the couple, with options ranging from elegant canapés and bowl food to formal wedding breakfasts and cultural menus.
Do you accommodate special diets and cultural requirements?
Absolutely. Whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, Halal, Kosher, or another requirement, we create inclusive menus tailored to your guests.
Do you work with outside wedding planners or suppliers?
Yes. We collaborate seamlessly with other planners, florists, photographers, and vendors to ensure a stress-free event.
What if I only need partial planning help?
We’re flexible. Whether you need comprehensive planning or just day-of coordination, we can customise our services to meet your needs.
Do you provide tableware, linens, and other rentals?
Yes, we can supply everything from tableware and linens to décor.
How do you handle staffing on the day?
Our team consists of experienced and fully trained barmen, managers, waiters, back-of-house staff, and chefs. We will have the correct staffing levels for your guest numbers and have the luxury of handpicking the best suited for each event.
Can you help us choose a venue?
Definitely. We provide venue recommendations based on your style, budget, and guest count and assist with negotiations and logistics.
Can you cater at private homes or gardens?
Yes. Many of our weddings take place in private homes, gardens and temporary marquees where we provide full catering and staffing.
Do you offer bar services or handle alcohol arrangements?
Yes. We can provide licensed bar staff and beverages and our waiters go through both food and beverage training. If you’re supplying your own drinks, we’ll take care of pouring and serving.
What’s your payment schedule and cancellation policy?
We require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to the wedding. Specific terms will be discussed during your consultation.
Do you only cater in Surrey and London, or can you travel to other locations?
We primarily cater in Surrey and London, but we’re happy to travel wherever our clients need us. Whether your event is local or further afield, we’ll work with you to make it an unforgettable celebration.
